Changing Trends, Customization and the Future of Consumer Engagement

With rapidly changing consumer preferences, brands must build direct relationships with the customers to stay relevant and thrive. Brands such as Nike and Coke and categories from furniture to apparel are introducing custom design experiences to build those relationships and access that revenue. In our NewCo session, we’ll host a fireside chat about opportunities available to brands through custom product experiences, changing consumer preferences, and what they mean for the future of businesses across industry verticals.
